Peak vista divide hours

Peak Vista Community Health Centers offers a wide range of laboratory services for the convenience of our patients. Laboratory tests are an important component of routine checkups because they can help your doctor identify changes in your health. They are also critical when it comes to diagnosing many medical conditions, evaluating treatments, and monitoring diseases.

We encourage all of our patients, regardless of age, sex, or health status, to take advantage of our lab testing services in order to better manage their health over the short and long-term.

Laboratory services, in combination with the provider visit, create a continuum of primary health care for our patients. Many of our individual health centers offer lab services, as well as our main laboratory. She is also a trained EMDR therapist and incorporates trauma informed care as appropriate.

Loraine grew up in a family owned horticultural operation in New Jersey and enjoys outdoor recreation such as skiing, hiking, biking and all the Colorado has to offer. She also trains dogs for therapy animals. Sue grew up in the Midwest and completed her undergraduate at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Jennifer comes from an internal medicine practice in Florida and received her medical education from the University of New England in Maine.

Jennifer grew up in southern New Hampshire and, after a short time in Southern Florida, her family moved to Colorado. She loves outdoor activities like skiing, horseback riding and hiking.

After earning her DDS, she joined the Air Force and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency which was then followed by over 20 more years of service. It was while stationed at Buckley that she realized that Colorado was a great place to be, so upon retirement from the military, she bought a log cabin in the woods.

She comes out of the mountains and is honored to provide care for the wonderful patients in the Peak Vista Community Health Center in Divide. Outside of work, Dr. Gates enjoys spending time puttering about the cabin in the woods. She performs with the Woodland Park Wind Symphony woodlandparkwindsymphony. Monday—Thursday, am— pm.
